Video and image generation help
Choose among four tools, prepare your prompt or reference image, track results, and check Credits.
Available models and settings vary by tool. Review the options and Credit amount shown in the generator before submitting.
Choose your creation tool
For video, use Text-to-Video to build a scene from words or Image-to-Video to animate a still. For images, use Text-to-Image to create a new picture or Image-to-Image to revise an existing one. Sign in to upload images and generate.
- Text to Video — a written scene becomes a moving clip.
- Image to Video — an existing picture guides a moving clip.
- Text to Image — a written description becomes a still image.
- Image to Image — an existing picture and edit request become a new still.

Prepare a source image
- Choose Image-to-Image for a still-image edit or Image-to-Video for motion.
- Read the selected model’s upload requirements. Accepted formats, file size, and reference count are shown beside the upload area.
- Choose a file you have permission to use, check the preview, then describe the edit or movement.
If a file is rejected, check its type and size against the displayed requirements. If you change models, check the reference count again. For framing and detail, see how to prepare an image for motion.
Find and review your results
Sign in to the account used for the generation and open My Assets. Find the task, check its status, and open the completed image or video.
For a video, watch the full clip. For an image, inspect the face, edges, text, and reflections at full size before downloading or using it in another tool.
Resolve a generation or playback problem
- The task is still processing
- Check its latest status in My Assets before starting another generation. Keep the task ID if you need support.
- The task completed, but the media does not load
- Try the reload control in the result panel, then reopen the task in My Assets. A playback problem alone does not mean you need to generate again.
- The task failed
- Read the error message and check the selected model, prompt, and reference requirements. Include the error and task ID when contacting support.
- The result looks different from the prompt
- For video flicker, drift, or distortion, use the artifact troubleshooting guide. For still-image edits, compare the output with the source before changing the next instruction.
Understand generation credits
Check the amount shown on Generate for your selected model and settings, then compare it with your available balance in Credits. Creating an image, editing it, and animating it are separate generations with separate costs.

Contact product support
Email support@uncensoredaivideo.com with the task ID, tool and model, approximate time, and exact error message. Describe what you expected and what happened. Do not send passwords or sign-in codes.
