VSpark AI LLC accepts safety, consent, likeness, privacy, illegal-content, copyright, billing, and account reports at support@uncensoredaivideo.com. Use the minimum information needed to locate and assess the issue. Do not send passwords, payment credentials, government identifiers, or copies of unlawful intimate or child-exploitation material.

Immediate danger and child sexual exploitation

If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Do not download, copy, attach, or forward suspected child sexual abuse material to make a report. In the United States, suspected online child sexual exploitation can be reported directly to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children's CyberTipline.

Sexual content involving a minor, a person presented as a minor, or a person whose adulthood cannot be determined with reasonable confidence is prohibited, including fictional, synthetic, altered, or age-regressed material. We may restrict access, preserve narrowly scoped evidence, and make a report where legally required.

In the subject line, identify the request type, such as “Safety report,” “Consent or likeness report,” “Privacy report,” or “Account appeal.” In the message, include:

  • the affected public URL, Gallery asset, account, or internal task reference, if available;
  • the policy category and a concise description of the concern;
  • whether you are the affected person, rights holder, or authorized representative; and
  • non-sensitive evidence of rights, identity, consent, or authority where reasonably needed.

An affected person or authorized representative may request restriction or removal without publicly disclosing additional intimate material. A report is not proof by itself. We may ask proportionate follow-up questions and may temporarily restrict content while reviewing a credible urgent report.

Send copyright notices to support@uncensoredaivideo.com with “Copyright notice” in the subject line. A notice should include:

  • identification of the copyrighted work or a representative list;
  • identification and location of the material claimed to infringe;
  • the claimant's name and contact information;
  • a good-faith statement that the disputed use is not authorized by the owner, its agent, or law;
  • a statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and the claimant is authorized to act; and
  • the claimant's physical or electronic signature.

An authorized representative may submit a notice. The U.S. Copyright Office's Section 512 resources explain the federal notice-and-takedown framework. The support address above is an operational intake channel; this page does not represent it as a registered U.S. Copyright Office DMCA agent or claim safe-harbor status that has not been established.

Counter-notices and appeals

To contest a copyright removal, send “Copyright counter-notice” in the subject line and identify the removed material and decision. A legally valid counter-notice may require your name, address, telephone number if available, a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification, consent to the relevant court's jurisdiction, acceptance of service from the original claimant, and a physical or electronic signature. We may forward a compliant counter-notice as allowed or required by law.

For a safety or account appeal, identify the decision and provide concise, non-sensitive context showing why it should be reconsidered. Appeals do not guarantee reinstatement and must not be used to resend prohibited material. A content-level rejection based on uncertain age is not appealable; technical or account errors may still be reported.

Review, restriction, and records

We may log receipt, limit access to authorized reviewers, assess urgency, preserve evidence where lawfully needed, and restrict or remove a public asset, cached poster, Gallery record, or account. Where appropriate and legally safe, we may notify affected parties of a decision and available next step. We do not promise a fixed response or resolution time, but will triage reports according to apparent urgency and legal requirements.

We may consider repeat infringement, repeated policy violations, bad-faith notices, and abuse of the reporting process when deciding account action. We may retain narrowly scoped records for safety duties, legal holds, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or the establishment, exercise, or defense of claims.
