Refund Policy

This Policy applies whenever VSpark AI LLC offers a paid plan, subscription, or Credit purchase through Uncensored AI Video Generator. The checkout screen and offer-specific terms shown at purchase also apply.

Purchases are generally final

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise or the purchase offer expressly states a different rule, purchases are final and non-refundable after purchase. A change of mind, dissatisfaction with the creative characteristics of a completed AI Output, unused Credits, account inactivity, or failure to cancel before a renewal does not by itself create refund eligibility.

Nothing in this Policy limits a refund, cancellation, cooling-off, chargeback, or other consumer right that cannot legally be waived.

Duplicate charges and billing errors

We will manually review a claimed duplicate charge, billing error, or paid Credit grant that was not delivered. Send the account email, transaction date, amount and currency, payment-processor reference, and a short description to support@uncensoredaivideo.com. Do not send a full card number, bank password, authentication code, or government identifier.

A manual review does not guarantee a refund. If our records confirm an unintended duplicate charge or another refundable billing error, we will correct the account or send the approved refund to the original payment method where reasonably possible. Bank and payment-processor timing can vary.

Credits and failed generations

Credits are product usage units, not money, stored value, or a bank balance, and cannot be redeemed for cash. Generation reservations, charges, and releases are recorded according to task outcomes. When a generation fails before a billable result under the applicable product rules, a Credit release or account correction may be appropriate. A Credit correction is not necessarily a cash refund of the underlying purchase.

Subscriptions and cancellation

If a subscription is offered, cancellation stops future renewals at the time shown in the cancellation flow. Unless mandatory law or the purchase offer provides otherwise, cancellation does not refund the current billing period or previously granted Credits. The checkout must disclose price, currency, renewal timing, Credit treatment, and cancellation effect before purchase.

How to request review

Contact support@uncensoredaivideo.com from the email associated with the account. Include only the minimum transaction information needed for review. We may request proportionate verification and may deny requests involving fraud, abuse, materially incomplete information, or a transaction we cannot reasonably identify.

VSpark AI LLC may update this Policy for future purchases. The version shown at the time of purchase governs that purchase together with the Terms of Use and offer-specific terms, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
