What uncensored does—and does not—mean
Uncensored describes a more open creative direction. It is not a promise of unrestricted use, a way to bypass safety review, or permission to violate law, rights, consent, site policy, or an active Provider restriction.
Adults only; minors are prohibited
The service is intended only for adults age 18 or older. Never create, upload, request, or share sexual content involving a minor, a person whose adulthood cannot be determined with reasonable confidence, an adult presented as a minor, or a fictional, synthetic, altered, or age-regressed minor. Child sexual abuse material, grooming, sexualization of minors, and attempts to evade this boundary are prohibited. Automated and human review may reject uncertain-age content; that content-level decision is not appealable.
Real people require rights and informed consent
Do not use a real person's face, body, likeness, voice, private information, or intimate material unless you have the rights and informed consent required for both creation and the intended distribution. Non-consensual intimate imagery and sexual violence are prohibited. Public-figure face or voice cloning is outside the product boundary.
Exploitation, deception, and serious abuse
Do not use the service for deceptive impersonation, fraud, extortion, harassment, doxxing, trafficking, hate-based abuse, graphic sexual violence, illegal content, or instructions that materially facilitate serious wrongdoing. Do not use it to circumvent another service's safeguards.
Copyright, trademarks, privacy, and publicity rights
Use only prompts, images, marks, characters, and other material that you own or are authorized to use for the intended purpose. Generated output does not erase third-party rights, and the service does not grant a license to material supplied by someone else.
Review and disclose before publication
Review every result before use. Do not publish a result that violates these rules or misrepresents a real person or event. Add clear synthetic-media context when a reasonable viewer could mistake the video for authentic footage. Private-by-default results are not publication authorization.
Enforcement and reporting
Requests or content may be blocked, restricted, removed, or preserved where needed to protect people, enforce the Terms, or comply with law. The reporting, copyright notice, takedown, and appeal process is documented separately and uses the verified support channel.
