AI Video Credits and Settings: Costs, Holds, and Failed Tasks

Understand AI video Credits with dated cost examples, settings and plan access, retry budgets, and the difference between a release and a refund.

How AI video Credits work here

On Uncensored AI Video, the selected model and settings determine the Credits for each generation. The amount beside Generate is the cost to check before submitting.

A running task reserves Credits. Successful completion consumes them; failure releases the reservation. If a completed clip misses your brief, that attempt still counts toward your spend.

What changes the Credit amount

Duration, resolution, model, and other priced options work together. For a six-second Seedance 2.5 clip, the configured rates below range from 54 Credits at 480p to 270 at 1080p.

Calculation examples, checked September 4, 2026 (UTC). These use the product's pricing rules; use the current settings, account access, and displayed price when generating.

Text-to-video configurationCredits per completed attemptThree completed attempts

Seedance 2.5, 6 seconds, 1080p270810
Wan 2.7, 5 seconds, 720p2575

Suppose you need a short moving background for a release visual. You complete three 6-second Seedance 2.5 attempts at 720p and keep one: the project uses 324 Credits. That is a budget example, not an estimate of how many tries your idea will need.

Choose a resolution that fits the intended display. When a clip's framing or motion is wrong, first use the artifact diagnosis guide to identify the problem; a larger output alone will not repair it.

Where these numbers come from

The examples were calculated from the site's product pricing code. They are separate from the historical videos shown elsewhere in these guides, whose original billed amounts were not retained. A table row illustrates a rate; the available selection and checkout offer determine what your account can use. See Pricing and the editorial method.

Why a setting can be locked with Credits left

Balance and access are separate checks. One-time packs add non-expiring Credits. Premium parameters and longer videos require an active monthly plan under the configured offer rules; monthly Credits expire at the end of their allocation period.

Those premium options include supported video resolutions of 1080p and above, and durations longer than 6 seconds. The selected model must support the combination too. If a setting is locked, check your plan access before buying more Credits.

Packs and monthly offers have different grants and terms. Review the payment unit at checkout: when Telegram Stars are used, the Stars amount is the charge and any accompanying USD equivalent is an estimate.

Released Credits keep their original expiry. If they expired while reserved, removing the hold leaves them expired.

For a status or balance discrepancy, send the task identifier, time, selected settings, and amount shown before submission to support@uncensoredaivideo.com. Keep the original task rather than generating again to check whether it worked.

Budget for the whole image-to-video workflow

A new reference image, an image edit, and a video are separate generations. Include each completed attempt in your project budget. If you already have a usable image, start directly with Image to Video.

For a reference made with Text to Image or refined with Image to Image, review the still first. Once the face, object, crop, and layout are suitable, move it into the image animation workflow. This lets you resolve a source problem before also paying for motion.

Cost per usable clip = total consumed project Credits Ă· usable clips. Count rejected completed outputs in the total. If none is usable, record the spend and zero usable outputs.

Set a retry budget and record one reason for each new attempt. Three completed 108-Credit attempts cost 324 Credits whether you keep one clip or all three. Stop when the next request would repeat a problem you have yet to identify.

Credit release and purchase refunds

Credit settlement handles generation usage. Purchase refunds follow the Refund Policy. Creative dissatisfaction and unused Credits do not automatically qualify for a purchase refund; duplicate charges and billing errors can be submitted for review under that policy.

To plan your next shot, compare its settings and displayed amount in Text to Video, or review offers and plan access if your balance or permissions need attention.
